Fall Semester Is Starting Soon!

 Hello Suzuki Families!

It's way too soon, but here it comes anyway!

Fall Back to School (Literally, LOL!) Let's Fall back in Line and get our schedule set up!

I will be out of town from August 10 through August 16, visiting family in Texas. Summer lesson pricing will continue through August, and then Monthly and Semester pricing starts Sept 1.

We definitely will have Group Classes this coming School Year - and I want to make sure that everyone understands the importance of attending Group Class. We will have 2 Classes - 1) - Beginning through Book 2, and 2) - Book 3 and above. I am trying to find the best schedule now and will post the times soon.

We will definitely have 2 December Performances and one Spring Recital (May). Also there are possibilities for group graduation recitals as well as individual Book 1 graduation recitals. There is a new Florida Suzuki Association forming and their first Regional Graduation Recital will be held on September 15. I can't attend that one, but have offered to host one possibly later in the year - more to come about that!

Let's set a GOAL to make this school year a GREAT YEAR FOR PRACTICE, LISTENING AND MUSIC PERFORMANCE!!!

How to Download Suzuki Recordings (From Violinist.com)

Laurie Niles at Violinist.com recently published this for the latest news on how to find the official Suzuki Violin Recordings to download:

https://www.violinist.com/blog/laurie/20237/29689/#:~:text=Note%2C%20you%20can,listen%20to%20those!

Note, you can purchase the recordings from Amazon Music, iTunes or Presto Music, but they are not available on Spotify. (If you have a CD player, you can buy a book that includes a CD, if you wish to go that route). Of course, you can find a hodge-podge of recordings of these pieces on Youtube, but the ones in this list are the ones that have been approved over the years by the International Suzuki Association.
